RETURNING LEAGUE MEMBER REGISTRATION:

This registration must be used by RETURNING CABL players wanting to play in the upcoming Clarksville Adult Baseball League 2026 Season.

This registration form is only for RETURNING league members.
In order to be eligible for the 2026 Season, you must complete the registration form below ALONG with CABL Waiver Form.

Do NOT fill this out if you are interested in joining the CABL as a NEW league member.  If you are an interested NEW league member, please click here to fill out your form.

CABL WAIVER FORM:

All players MUST COMPLETE the CABL Individual Player Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Use of Likeness Release. In order to be an eligible CABL player you must complete the “CABL Waiver” AND “RETURNING Player Registration” forms below.
