Player Registration & Waiver Form
Thank you for your interest in joining or continuing to be a returning league member for the Clarksville Adult Baseball League.
Below you will find everything you need to either register as a NEW league member or your registration for RETURNING league member along with the CABL Waiver that will need to be signed by all players.
CABL Player Waiver
All players MUST COMPLETE the CABL Individual Player Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Use of Likeness Release. In order to be an eligible CABL player you must complete the “CABL Waiver” AND “Player Registration” forms below.
NEW LEAGUE MEMBER REGISTRATION ONLY:
This registration must be used by all players interested in joining the Clarksville Adult Baseball League. By completing this registration will add you to our list of new member and eligible for the 2026 CABL Draft in 2026.
This registration form is only for NEW league members.
Do NOT fill this out if you are a RETURNING league member.
RETURNING LEAGUE MEMBER REGISTRATION ONLY:
This registration must be used by all players and managers that are currently on a team in the league. Completing this registration will make you an eligible player for your current team and allow you to participate in our upcoming 2026 spring/summer season.
This registration form is only for players currently on a team.
