This registration must be used by all players interested in joining the Clarksville Adult Baseball League. By completing this registration will add you to our list of new member and eligible for the 2026 CABL Draft in 2026. 

This registration form is only for NEW league members.

CABL WAIVER FORM:
All players MUST COMPLETE the CABL Individual Player Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Use of Likeness Release. In order to be an eligible CABL player you must complete the “CABL Waiver” AND “NEW LEAGUE MEMBER Player Registration” forms below.
